CASTING RATES & GENERAL INFO
Signal, hereafter called the Agency, will
quote all talent and model rates separately. All bookings are based on an hourly rate
unless negotiated differently beforehand.
Travel and Preparation time is billed at 1/2 the rate. Conflicts and special rates may
exist, please check with the Agency.
TENTATIVE BOOKINGS
If Client does not exercise his option to
release or confirm tentative bookings, the Model and/or Agency reserves the right to
cancel the booking, allowing other secondary booking to take precedence.
EDITORIALS / VIDEO CLIPS
Photographs/Videos taken during booking can
only be used in the specific project that the Model was booked for. Any and all other
photographs/videos may not be sold without the consent of the Agency. On Experimental/Test
shots, Models may not sign a photographic release and photographers may not be use
pictures unless specific arrangements have been made prior to the shooting and approved by
the Model and Agency.
CANCELLATIONS
One Day Booking: One Day Before - 1/2 Fee,
Same Day - Full Fee Extended Booking: Less than 3 Days before - 1/2 Fee, One Day before -
Full Fee. Weather Permit Situations: 1/2 Fee for Same Day. The above applies to all
engagements unless an individual arrangement is negotiated with the Agency beforehand for
special situations.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Disclosure of extraordinary conditions or
requirements is mandatory. Clients must notify the Agency of double, triple or group
bookings. Client must provide adequate dressing facilities on all bookings. Clients must
advise if booking involves nudity, sheers, lingerie or is of an unusual nature.
EXCLUSIVITY AND ENDORSEMENT
Separate negotiated contract is required.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% Deposit required before the event.
Remaining 50% must be paid within 5 days after the event.
The Model appoints
Signal and its employees to enforce the above regulations and negotiate bookings and usage
on behalf of the Model.
